Sportfit Support Services is looking to appoint additional members of staff to work in our alternative provision.
This is an exciting time to join Southampton's Sportfit Education (www.sportfiteducation.com): delivering packages of support to young people and expanding to a second site in Fareham. 2024 will see Sportfit open their first registered school in support of students looking for educational success within a different type of setting.
Many of those who come to us have experienced challenging circumstances in their lives and have not always been able to cope with the demands of mainstream education. Our person-centred approach allows us to build strong relationships with learners and rebuild confidence in their own abilities. Although we have 'sport' in the company name, we provide a wide range of learning experiences for our students.
Teachers find our approach to work-life balance refreshing. Teaching assistants delight in taking up a role with greater pay and responsibility for students.

We offer term-time only roles for those who might need the flexibility of only working during Hampshire Community School term dates. In addition to more traditional 37.5 hour weeks, we can offer part-time roles with a focus on morning sessions.
